Welcome to our retreat…your home away from home. We've just completed our renovations with a fabulous open design layout, including brand new flooring, lighting, appliances, and gorgeous granite counters. The kitchen has been stocked with all the equipment an adventurous chef might need.
The living area is spacious and seats a large family comfortably. It features a flat-screen TV, and is stocked with books, puzzles and games for young and young at heart. We've planned the space for comfort, so you can stretch out on the down-filled sofa, to read, watch TV (you'll be able to select from over a 100 different channel options) or just take an afternoon snooze.
The dining area can seat 6 comfortably, and is enhanced by floor-to-ceiling doors leading out onto a screened patio facing out onto lush vegetation.
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and brand new mattress. It too has a large flat-screen TV with DVD player. The master bath has just been completely renovated with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and brand new modern fixtures. The second bedroom has two brand new double-sized beds (not the usual twins), a working desk and again, a flat-screen TV. It too has its own bath with a large walk-in shower. Each of the bedrooms have large closets and plenty of storage space. The entire unit is wired for secure high speed internet as well.
The resort itself has everything you might need including a huge heated pool, outdoor shower, two tennis courts, a barbeque area, and free kayaks to use in the beautiful bayou.
And the best part is, you are only 8 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Sanibel! We've stocked our place with umbrella, beach buggy, cooler for picnics on the beach and sand toys for the kids. Spend your days on the world-famous, pristine, uncrowded Bowman's Beach. Swim. Collect seashells. Watch the pelicans, herons, and hundreds of native bird wildlife in their natural habitat!

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
