Summary: I really appreciate how the property was clean and there was a large assortment of coffee, including hot chocolate and cappuccino. Paper plates, bowls and styrofoam cups were available, as well as bottled water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. The bedding and entire apartment felt very clean. (A stray cracker, a couple flies and cat(?) hair on a lamp shade were the exception.) The apartment needs more soundproofing between floors as we could hear other tenants, television, music, etc...(noise comparable to a hotel) and they were by no means being loud, but they were up later than us. I think the shower needs a trap to keep smells from coming up the drain pipe in the bathroom. There were multiple plug in air fresheners which were helping to cover this up. My biggest problem was the property is listed as having internet, wifi and wireless internet and our phones would not work, they said no network available. There was a phone number listed to call if we needed anything, but without any signal or wifi there was no way to call. More instructions on how to access these things were necessary.
