Our single-family home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, is newly remodeled and steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Our quiet, no-drive beach is a quick 5-minute walk from the house. As a unique bonus, we also have a private, gated neighborhood access to the intracoastal. You can fish, watch the sunset, even launch kayaks and small crafts. The house is also close to many local parks, public beaches and amazing shops and restaurants in town. Wake up and enjoy the sunrise over the beach, surf the waves, catch some rays, then end your day with a glass of wine in hand while you watch the sunset over the intracoastal as dolphins and manatees go by.
