*We are DOG friendly with a fenced in yard where we provide bags for you to dispose of your dog’s waste. We have bags in a kitchen cupboard for convenient cleanup. Most guests do a wonderful job taking care of this, **However, as one person can ruin the guest experience for everyone **there will be a $40 fine ** for failing to pick up your pet’s waste. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please give us a heads up if you are bringing your dog so we can prepare accordingly.
We would also ask that you keep your dogs off of the beds to avoid soiled bedding. Charges for replacement duvets can be expected if this isn’t followed. We love offering our home to families with pets, we just have to set some boundaries to make it work. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the property.
If you choose to smoke outside you must dispose of the butts in the provided containers and dispose of them. **There will be an additional $50 charge **for leaving any butts left behind.
