The adjacent kitchen and dining area includes a table with seating for four, along with counter seating for two, offering a functional and welcoming space for meals and gatherings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with both large and small appliances for easy meal preparation. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.). Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided along with extra linens and pillows. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements to ensure delivery prior to arrival.
Laundry: Free washer and dryer facilities are located inside the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One reserved space is provided in the shared double garage on the right-hand side, accommodating most small to mid-size vehicles. Additional general neighborhood parking is available (metered, unmetered, and via payment kiosks—please read all posted signage).
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment are available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more.
