Home is in the safe, clean and friendly Lely residential neighborhood of Naples. You are only 7 miles to 5th Avenue where you will find some of Naples' best restaurants and shops and to the famous Naples pier (great beach/pier with some of the best sunsets on the planet), and only 12 miles to Marco Island!
Check is is firm for 4PM ET and check out is firm at 10am ET due to cleaning schedules.
Home is extensively updated and fully furnished/equipped. Over 1800 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms (2 king’s and 1 queen over queen bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 family rooms and 2 work spaces! Outside awaits a large screened-in lanai, beautiful electric heated pool (which provides all day sun), outdoor TV, Weber grill, an abundance of patio furniture, and a view making you feel as if you are in a nature preserve!
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need: Plates, bowls, cups, stemware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crock pot, air fryer, blender, InstaPot, Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, washer, dryer, toaster, and storage containers!
Additional amenities include: air mattress, towels, hand towels, wash clothes, beach towels, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart, beach mat, pool toys, 2 coolers, high speed internet (averages 200mb+ down and 25mb up), stream 1000’s of movies and TV shows from one of the 6 TVs, pack and play, high chair, baby monitor, record player, ironing board/iron, board games, and extra linen’s and blankets for your comfort.
Garage is off limits. Owners also have a few cabinets locked through house.

Pool gets cleaned on Monday’s and the pool guy will need to enter lanai area to clean the pool.
We want you to be comfortable and have fun, but please be courteous to the neighbors as the property is in a residential community with an HOA regulating short term rentals/parties. Quite time is 9pm daily. No parties allowed! Only two cars are allowed in the driveway at any time and no trailer parking. The property is monitored by cameras on the outside of the home. There are no cameras in the lanai monitoring pool deck. If there is a sign of a party, the cameras tampered with, or we receive a noise complaint you will be asked to leave and we will take appropriate action with VRBO and no refunds will be given.
For your loved ones protection, there is a safety fence/gate around the pool. We encourage you keep this up for the safety of your party. If you choose to remove it, for whatever reason, you will transfer the liability to your party for any accidents that may happen.
Garage is not accessible to guests.
