Welcome to our brand new, fully remodelled beach paradise home in Niguel Shores- an upscale gated community in Orange County, with its very own beach access to arguably the best beach in the whole of southern California (Strands Beach).
Our 3 bed 3 bath home comes with everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach and is local to ALL of the areas attractions such as Disney/ Legoland/ Sea World/ San Diego Zoo/ Newport Beach/ San Clemente/ Walk to Dana Point!
We are also only 3 minutes away from the world class hotel resorts of the Ritz Carlton and Monarch Beach Resort, and within 20 minutes of Laguna Beach and the world class Montage resort and cliff top gardens.
With stunning panoramic sea views from the downstairs family room/kitchen/ dining area, and also the large upstairs master bed with ensuite - you will wake up to the most amazing view of the ocean, and can watch the sun set from your own private terrace or sofa after a fun day of exploring the local area.
Our large master bed comes equipped with a huge california king (superking) bed, large 65inch flatscreen TV, walk in closet and attached en-suite with his and hers sinks, huge walk-in shower and separate WC.
Also upstairs we have our first guest bedroom, equipped with bunk beds and ensuite with large walk-in shower.
Downstairs our second guest bedroom is equipped with a huge california king (superking) bed, and walk-in closet. Across the hall is our third bath, with large walk-in shower.
The rest of the downstairs is dedicated to our family room/ dining/ kitchen area- with outside patio attached- framing the most gorgeous ocean views from Dana Point all the way up to Palos Verdes and across to the island of Catalina.
Downstairs we also have a dedicated laundry space with oversized washer and dryer, along with a double garage.
