This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. This unit is in a gated community. The code for the gate will be emailed to you with the arrival instructions a few days prior to your stay.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.
