Master bedroom suite has king bed with access to the sun room, tv and updated attached bath with spa tub and walk in shower. Second and third bedroom each have queen beds and tvs. Common full bath is located off of the living area. Living room, kitchen, and dining area are one large open room. Living room has full size sleeper sofa, recliners and chair with tv. Sun room features beautiful views of the golf course, dining table and chairs, full size sleeper sofa, wingback chairs and tv. Please note: the fireplace and garage are not available for guest use. Wireless Internet access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property is eight (six adults and two children). There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. No pets.
