Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and den w/ desk. Downstairs a large suite with a king bed, large bathrooms, sitting area, a twin bed in a second smaller bedroom. Large full pool bathroom, BBQ, outdoors sitting and dining areas. Steps into the ocean waters, 120’ of concrete dock with water supply, etc. Restaurant and tennis courts on the islands. A safe golf cart community for the whole family. The home is very clean and accommodating and has a spectacular ocean view with a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the day.
