There is so much to do in Beautiful Daytona Beach Shores and surrounding area like Ponce Inlet and Port Orange,,,,it is an amazing area!!!! Right across the street from the World-Famous Daytona Beach and a short walk from the Halifax River, this condo is a hidden gem! THERE IS A MINIMUM 5 DAY RENTAL ON THIS CONDO!
New owners with new upgrades, new decor, upgraded tv's - 85" TV in Living Room, Master Bedroom with 50" TV and 42" TV in Guest Room.
FYI - our condo was built prior to the American Disability Act. There are no ramps and you need to walk up a set of flights to get to the lobby!
