This home was built in 2012 with tons of love and upgrades and modern comforts of a deluxe beach house escape. Great home to share with friends and family. Feel right at home cooking with 2 kitchens in this cook in one kitchen while everyone else sleeps late on the other floors of the home. Feel safe in this Ocean block location so your children don't have to cross any highways to get to the beach. A comfortable 7 house walk back from the beach to eat and use bathrooms. Deluxe private outdoor fresh air shower and foot rinse. We include beach chairs for your use. This home is setup with a mother-in-law type suite on the first floor which is ideal for a smaller group and the upper two floors could host a larger group of family and friends. An ideal home to share for a larger amount of friends/family. Many of the rooms are setup to either work as bedrooms or entertainment/lounge rooms - your pick! Parking is most comfortable with 2 cars but 3 is possible with smaller cars. Also there is plenty of parking a few blocks away if you have additional cars. Bedrooms on the 3rd floor are designed to be shared depending on the size of your group. They are semi-private with luxury draw curtains for privacy between the bedroom alcoves. There are full bathrooms on every floor of this home and full laundry room in the large downstairs bathroom. WaWa is conveniently located around the corner and there are restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes of our home. Both Seaside and Point Pleasant boardwalks are approximately a 10-minute drive. Miniature golf, basketball and tennis are a block and a half away. Also, there is a bay beach located on Chadwick Island if you prefer the bay to the ocean. There are 3 separate air conditioning zones for your comfort on those hot days and there are many windows that face the southeast on the upper 2 floors so you can have that cool ocean breeze cooling you off as you sleep peacefully to the sound of ocean waves in the evening. Your friends and family can enjoy a summer BBQ and sunset cocktails on the private balcony on the second floor. Cable TV, utilities, WiFi & internet and cooking pans, utensils etc. are on site for your use. Great news there are dishwashers and microwaves in both kitchens! There is a toaster oven in the kitchen on the second floor if you don't feel like using the stove or oven. We have both a Keurig AND drip coffee pot and again WaWa coffee is available for purchase right around the corner : ) We will provide the following small comfort amenities: salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent & sink dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beach towels and Beach chairs are provided (Please launder the beach towels at the end of your stay) Any questions feel free to ask!
