Stay in our beautiful, spacious and cozy home with incredible views of the sparkling Manhattan Beach waters. You can see the ocean from multiple areas of our home. It's such a treat and something that not many have the luxury of experiencing.
The home consists of total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms & bathrooms are located in a detached guest suite with its own living room located on the first floor of the building (separate entrance). This additional guest suite is perfect for privacy.
We adore the sunny light spilling in the large windows and the clean calming vibe of our pretty home. It's thoughtfully designed for comfort and finding some peace from the demands of daily life. Wake up for an early morning surf or sleep in and walk down to the beach grabbing a sandwich along the way. Our home is the perfect perch for you to pause and enjoy all Manhattan Beach has to offer.
The Space:
The warm light, comfy beds & couches, spacious living area and full kitchen come together to create an amazing vacation experience. This home was designed to feel like coming home after a long day. Every part of it is inviting and welcoming. From the relaxing interior design to the incredible sunset views, staying in our place will have you breathing a sigh of relief. When you decide to step outside however, so many exciting activities await.
This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 12% will apply (see note below on collection process)
Our place is walking distance to the beach which features clean sand and gorgeous sparkling water. You will also be a few blocks away from a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry!
Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, learn about marine life at the local aquarium on the pier, picnic at the local park and more! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint.
You can absolutely drive around but additional parking is limited.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Property Notes:
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 12% TOT tax required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the 12% TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). Guests are required to complete this payment.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.
