The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (3 cars). There is also space inside the garage from the house at the back (2 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. MAX 7 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

• Please note that though the listing shows 8 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The other “beds” a high-quality queen size air mattress and a queen size sofa bed.
• This property is divided into 2 houses, one at the front that sleeps 10 guests and one at the back that sleeps 6 guests.
• The "balcony" of the smaller house is not a balcony, it is the roof of the garage and it was not built to withstand heavy weights (people). It is off-limits.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
