Welcome to this cozy cutie w/ an outdoor space that will make you want to stay forever. The 1st floor open floor plan has wood floors, large windows & lots of light. There's a huge yard w/ ample room to hang out, bbq & warm up around the amazing fire pit. This prominent & artsy hot spot in Nolibs is an essential place to visit close to Fishtown, Old City, Center City, shops, bars, restaurants, concert venues, comedy clubs & ice cream shops. You can quickly get to other parts of town w/ ease.
The space
The home features, stainless steal appliances, central air, forced air heat, washer and dryer, a finished basement lots of space to relax, comfortable beds, and is in a safe and quiet block right next to all that is happening on 2nd St. This a perfect place to get away and enjoy the best of Philadelphia. The property features an open floor plan, which leads back to a gigantic and amazing yard with amazing vibes and charm. There is one very large master bedroom, two other cute bedrooms and a comfy bed in the finished basement. One full bath with a deep tub and a half bath on the first floor. There are couches, chairs, yard furniture, and all the kitchen essentials. Its a cute space in an amazing location with a yard that is rare to find in the city.
