Your family will enjoy this beach style pool home located in Lakeland, FL between Orlando & Tampa. Stay in one place to visit both Disney World & the beach, while taking some days to relax in the backyard oasis. The unit comes w/ self check-in, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, game room and fenced backyard w/ heated pool.
This immaculate home offers all the essential amenities. Inside you’ll find a spacious and stylish living space, fully air conditioned throughout. The kitchen offers an abundance of storage and counter space, a closet pantry stocked with disposable plates & cups and a wine/bar cart corner. There is enough space for 2 cars on the driveway. Home is conveniently only a 3 minutes drive to the closest Publix grocery store and fast food options. It’s also within walking distance to Southeastern University. The garage converted game room has a 4 in one game table with foosball, air hockey, billiard & ping pong. You have the entire house and pool for your use.
We do not live on property but we are local and just minutes away for any questions or assistance. A text or phone call is all it takes. There is no interaction unless you would like a personal check-in and house tour. We strive for 5 star service in our responsiveness.

For your safety and that of our property, there are 6 cameras around the exterior part of the property as follows:
Facing the entrance, the driveway, each side of the home facing the side gates, 2 others in the backyard. Facing the entrance of the pool and pool area.
There will NEVER be any cameras or recording devices inside the home. These cameras are not actively begin monitored.
Accidents happen. If you break something, please say something. Please treat this place like it’s yours.
Smoke free and pet free home. Please no smoking inside!
The back porch or pool area are available for your smoking needs. We have provided containers for the ash.
No parties or undisclosed guests. Absolutely no parties: $500 fine if a neighbor informs us of a party and or if the police are called. No unauthorized guests allowed!
Never use the towels to clean makeup or lipsticks.
Please note that you will have to request for the pool to be heated or not and you should make reservation 24 hours in before you arrive (pool takes 24 hours to be warmed up).
