Saida Towers is the best condo complex for families on South Padre Island with
the most amenities. As described, this fully gated complex has security 24
hours a day that will provide the piece of mind to let your kids run free &
have fun,, 2 off street parking spaces included, and this condo sleeps 10
people (the max).
Saida has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a private beach entrance to the
public beach with outdoor showers, a bar/grill open seasonally on weekends,
shuffleboard, 3 pools of which one is heated year round, and 3 heated Texas-
Sized jacuzzis. You will not find a more resort like complex on the Island. We
do manage multiple awesome condos here at Saida so do inquire if you wish to
book more than one condo we would be happy to assist.
When you enter this space you will immediately notice how clean & open it
feels. We professionally clean with all guests with a pre arrival inspection
to start with - but many condos on the Island are dated - not this one!
Located in tower 3, direct Gulf of America, Mexico, Ocean facing, front door
to beachview patio straight through open concept. The new kitchen has white
quartz, stainless steel & is fully equipped with all pots & pans. The eat in
Island is also great for crushing out some laptop work, and the Family cook
won’t feel isolated from the rest of your Fam.
We tried to think of all possible amenities a family would enjoy here, from
beach towel hooks as you enter to the convenient in unit stackable washer &
dryer (rare find!). Eating space for all 10, plus a giant sectional couch with
sleeper sofa & smart TV to wind down to a memorable family night or enjoy some
blended margaritas.
The beachview patio is maybe reason #1 to book - seating outside as well for
10, enjoy breakfast at the table, sunrise coffee or that well deserved drink
after a long day at the beach. We also provide board games because hey - let’s
shut off the screens for once right?
Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen/smart TV for your favorite
app - the main TV the living room has local cable for sports & local news
enthusiasts. The bedding and sleeping space in this condo is really remarkable
- the master bedroom features a comfy Cali King bed, en suite private bath &
beachview too. Everything you want without question. The 2nd guest bedroom is
simply loaded up for kiddos beds - queen over queen bunks with single trundle
under, the 3rd guest bedroom is twin over twin bunk with a separate full sized
bed. Don’t forget the pull out sectional sleeper sofa in living room. You
simply will NOT find a 3 bedroom condo at Saida Towers with this ample
bedding.
The two full baths with walk in showers are clean & ready for a large family
or multi family use to split with privacy & convenience in mind. The provided
gas BBQ grill is a super rare amenity at Saida - while we do not provide the
LP gas tank for safety reasons, please bring one if you plan on using. Please
do note that Saida unfortunately DOES NOT have guest parking, max is two cars
strictly enforced at entrance. This 3rd floor condo does have an elevator,
though not fully ADA compliant the walk in showers make it fairly accessible.
Inquire for specifics as needed, Please do bring a beach wagon, beach gear
and/or beach towels those we don’t provide
Right out in front of Saida you can rent 2 beach lounge chairs with umbrella
from 10 am to 5 pm daily for $45 cash - no need to pre receive they never run
out. While our wonderful sand bottom beach is amazing for swimming a life
guard tower here is not present nor are their lifeguards at Saida. You can
BYOB at the two beachfront pools just no glass. The Olympic sized pool in
front of Tower 3 you cannot bring in your own as a liquor license is present
with the bar & grill.
You’ll also find:
Fresh, clean towels and linens
A Starter set of toiletries like soaps and trash bags (though not unlimited or
replenished)
Coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, cooking spray, salt & pepper (also
not restocked mid-stay)
For stays 3+ nights, you may exchange towels and linens for free at our office
at South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd which is Open 7 days a week and
we do feature 24/7 phone support—a rarity among local hosts.
Location Highlights
This condo is in one of the Island BEST & most walkable locations, with
private beach access
For excellent food, directly infront of saida there is Russo’s Italian, such a
value deal with great wine, gluten free pizza, pasta, just great! There is
Kohnami with our buddy Benji the Owner & Hibachi Grill specialist - or fresh
Sushi - Calabas for authentic Mexican Tacos; Johnny Rockets Chain, Feldman’s
Liquor Store, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe for some Greem Juice for cure the
Cruda! Or walk down to Gabriella’s Italian, Yummies (#1 rated restaurant for
breakfast and lunch on the Net) or a very short drive/uber to Sea Ranch
Restaurant for upscale on the marina cuisine. The Blackened Red Fish is simply
world class folks.
5 or less minutes to Beach Park SPI waterpark, formerly Schlitterbahn’s
waterpark for your kiddos.
If you’re traveling with a group, we manage over 30 properties at Saida and we

Condition & Management
This condo is remodeled as of January 2026 - t it is clean, functional, well-
kept, and an excellent value for families wanting space and walkability. It is
professionally cleaned and maintained by South Padre Island Trips, the
absolute top rated management company on the island.
Property has 2 off-street parking spaces included for the condo. NO PETs are
allowed, nor smoking - sorry.
We offer significant off-season discounts (Sept 15–Dec 15), plus special

House Rules & Policies
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and agree to the
house rules:

*Quiet property with security patrols at night the Quiet hours: 10 pm–9 am and therefore No loud music at any time

Rental Agreement & Check-In
To comply with city rules, all guests must sign a short rental agreement and
provide a photo ID after booking. This Agreement is e-signed and emailed to
you. Once completed, we’ll issue your electronic door cod on day of check in
Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 pm on arrival day We cannot
release codes earlier so cleaning and parking remain on schedule
If you’re hoping for early check-in, contact us around 1 pm on arrival
day—we’ll accommodate if we can.
