There are two cots in the first bedroom closet allowing for up to 12 guests to stay, 10 guests can be accommodated without the cots.
Because you get the experience of seclusion with nature, you may see bugs in the home. We do have a pest control service but the occasional bug is unavoidable. Keeping doors shut as much as possible will help.
We can not be held responsible or offer refunds for electrical outages (the home is equipped with a full home generator), if the internet experiences technical difficulties or other utility malfunctions. The property is in a more rural area with limited options for wifi. Larger parties streaming from too many devices at once can slow down the internet speed. Guests shouldn't have any difficulty working from home, streaming movies and TV shows, or anything else as long as you don't have too many devices overloading the network.
