The Spanish-inspired solar-powered luxury villa showcases beautiful stone and tile work, an open-concept layout, and newly installed skylights that invite the desert light indoors. Movable glass walls create seamless indoor/outdoor flow that are ideal for the quintessential Palm Springs vacation experience.
The remodeled chef’s kitchen features a stunning marble island, breakfast bar with four barstools, breakfast nook overlooking the pool, premium Thermador appliances including a six-burner stovetop, wine refrigerator and abundant natural light. The dining room seats up to eight comfortably. The family room includes a large sectional, fireplace and 75 Inch TV. There is also a spacious formal living room that has two sofas and a 98 Inch TV with soundbar and base for streaming music. It`s like having your own movie theatre.
Each of the four bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The primary Suite offers a King size bed, 65 Inch TV, en suite bathroom, and private doors that open to the yard.
