This large four bedroom and four bathroom condo accommodates up to twelve guests. Each of the two primary bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, and the two guest bedrooms will either have a queen size bed or two twins (for a total of two queens or four twin beds), along with a sleeper sofa in each of the two living rooms.
Each primary bedroom features a primary ensuite with a jetted tub and shower for a total of two bathrooms. Each guest bedroom has a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination, for a total of four bathrooms.
This spacious four bedroom, four bathroom also features two living rooms, two dining areas and two kitchens. A full kitchen with full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove and dishwasher in one side and a kitchen with a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and hot plate in the other. Most needed cookware and dinnerware service for up to six is included in each suite.
Each side of this large four bedroom has a dining table that can accommodate six people each.
Onsite you’ll also find a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a spa, children's playground, game room, fitness center, volleyball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.
Washers/Dryers are available and are placed between every two units (two units share washer and dryer in each building).
Located minutes from the historical sites of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown Battlefield and Yorktown Victory center. Also nearby are two award-winning theme parks - Busch Gardens Europe and Water Country USA.
*There is a $30.00 Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, business center & DVD library, coffee or tea in the clubhouse, and use of in-room safe. A picture ID, a valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or cash for a $100 security deposit. Security deposits are released on your check-out day. Please have your final confirmation email handy for check-in. Please note that should you use a debit (check) card for your deposit, a hold of $100 will be placed against your checking account and you will not have access to those funds until your bank releases the hold, which may take up to 14 business days.
Vacation Village at Williamsburg offers free parking for guests and security is provided throughout the property between the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and vacuuming. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. Please contact the front desk directly if you would like this service. A $75.00 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean.
Vacation Village at Williamsburg does not provide guests with specific designated smoking areas. Guests and owners are prohibited from smoking inside the resort and inside the rooms. Smoking outside is permitted.
