This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue freshwater surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles.
