A balcony of 15 m2 provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee, while a back terrace is perfect for afternoon sunshine and viewing the sunset behind the threes. An outdoor portable barbeque, baby seat, baby cot and bath are available,if needed. The place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. There is also free parking under the trees and enough free space for the children to play . The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot (uphill road)or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars). Also another sandy beach is at a distance of 200 meter and you can go there through a path of 80 meters.
Renting a car is highly recommended, not only because of some uphill routes, but also to explore the island. This house is a unique base to visit most of the beauties of Kefalonia.
