The Space:
This 1350 sq ft 2-story townhome is perfect for families with kids traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The townhome is located in Serenity/The Retreat community, one of Dream Resort’s eco-friendly, resort-style neighborhoods. Immerse yourself in nature, as this resort community sits on 40 acres of Florida’s natural lush landscape. Soak in the tranquil views. The area has little lakes and greenery and features are solar-powered street lamps and solar-powered Eco-clubhouses. Each community’s Eco-club offers amenities such as fitness centers, games rooms, lounging areas, and resort-style pools.
The main spaces of the townhome:
- 3 bedrooms with their own full en-suite bathrooms: a king-size room (upstairs), a queen-size room (downstairs) and a room with two twin beds (upstairs).

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. -No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
