Ocean Village is a quiet neighborhood on the south end of Amelia Island. Once entering this gated community, you will notice the amazing trees that offer a canopy to the area. On your way to Sea Chase Oceanfront Escape you will note the resort quality amenities that include two private pools, two tennis courts and easy access to the beach on a boardwalk. Sea Chase Oceanfront Escape is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath penthouse villa with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Upon entering on the main level, you are welcomed by a bright open floorplan with a spacious living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The sitting area features a picture window for more breathtaking views of the Atlantic with a fireplace and wall-mounted TV. A large covered balcony offers outdoor seating and dining or open the door spanning the main level for al fresco dining! The main floor owner’s suite offers balcony access with fabulous sunrise views over the ocean from a king-sized bed and seating area. A spa-like owner’s ensuite includes a double vanity, large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom on the main level doubles as a den with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and computer thanks to a Murphy Bed that can stored inside it’s cabinet. A glorious master suite, featuring a spa-like ensuite master bathroom, is also located on this floor. Enjoy fabulous sunrises directly from the split-king adjustable bed. The large balcony is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the main living space. There you find a spacious gourmet kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
