Set on an acre with a large private backyard featuring a mature white oak tree, this space is ideal for grilling & outdoor gatherings around the fire pit. Covered side and front porches expand upon the outdoor seating.
This cute cottage is located just outside Montaluce Winery, 12 minutes from the charming town of Dahlonega, area restaurants and shops. Our convenient location makes it a breeze to access the many area hiking trails, zip line, trout fishing and other adventures.
With an open concept, great natural light and 1,050 square feet of well-appointed living space, this cottage is sure to impress.

The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge with ice maker and freezer. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils available. Dishes and silverware for up to 6.

White Oaks Cottage includes linens, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, towels, wash clothes, and we will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags. For an extended stay we suggest you bring a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Guest Entry Instructions: Our rentals utilize an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
The cabin has privacy for all occupants with 3 total bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people.

The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. White Oaks Cottage features Remote Lock which gives you the flexibility to arrive at any hour you wish after the 3:00 pm check in.
Other things to note
This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you.
If a pet is discovered a fee $150 per pet will be assessed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
