Enjoy all the brand-new furnishings including our large oversized stuffed couch or chair while you watch your favorite show on the 65” smart T.V. as you gaze at the crashing waves. Stare at the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen while you prepare food on the huge island while not missing a moment with your family. If you like to enjoy the ocean view up close with a warm ocean breeze, then relax on the large private balcony with a glass of wine from the new wine fridge in our Adirondack chairs complete with a personal cup holder specifically designed to safely accommodate wine glasses.
Nothing has been left out when it comes to amenities. Create meals as if you were in your own kitchen using high-end stainless-steel appliances including: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, electric stove and Keurig along with every cooking utensil we could think of. The 8-foot-long granite island doubles as a dining table with six high end leather chairs, creating a beautiful eat-in kitchen table and food prep station. High-end cabinets with under cabinet lighting provide all the storage space you could need. The half bath on the lower level is perfect when entertaining or just running up from the pool or beach.
Follow the brand-new carpeting up to the second level where you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath with quartz countertops, new hearing bone marble floor and tiled bath/shower combo. The Master has a separate dressing/makeup table with new matching quartz counter-tops and a 10x magnifying mirror with ample lighting. The second bedroom is complete with 2 full beds and an adjacent three-quarter bathroom. The bathroom is all brand new with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with pebble stone floor and matching custom stone countertops. A sleek modern above mount sink and all new fixtures complete the space. Both bedrooms provide plenty of closet and drawer space. This luxurious condo comfortably sleeps three couples, family of up to six.
As nice as we’ve tried to make our units, we own in this condominium complex because we believe the common areas are the best around. The complex only has forty units total, many of which are not rented. Accordingly, the common areas never feel overcrowded even in peak season. A pool deck area complete with lawn chairs and umbrella tables surrounds the beautiful large pool that is heated year-round. There is laundry facilities on site, and a dedicated parking space along with numerous visitor parking. Whether you like your toes in the pool or in the sand, the beach is only a few short steps from the pool deck area. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve.
The unit is owner managed and we’ve tried to go above and beyond in every amenity and detail. In addition to the remodel details described above, we have upgraded all the bedding, towels and linens from the ones typically provided in rental units.
