On a brick street in a residential area of historic downtown, this two bedroom, two bath home is modern, comfortable, inviting and peaceful. Attractive features inside and out will provide ample space to spread out and enjoy a restful space from which to explore the Nature Coast and Central Florida.
Built in the late 1920’s this quaint cottage has a front porch with rockers and a porch swing, modern furnishings with an open layout, and,all the modern conveniences. It has two bedrooms and two full baths, a living room and dining area, a work desk, and, a full, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a large laundry room off of the kitchen with washer and dryer.
The blue bedroom upstairs is very spacious with a king bed, a sitting area, large closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity sinks.
The downstairs green bedroom is off the hall with a queen bed; a full bathroom with a tub and shower is off the hallway.
A large screened porch is through French doors off the kitchen and has a dining and lounging area.
The rear yard is spacious and has a bricked patio area with seating, great for enjoying the large, shady yard and perhaps spotting or hearing some of the 60+ species of birds identified on this street.
You will be the only guests on the property and have access to the whole space. There is one locked closet for storage of supplies & linens in the hallway.
