4 Bedroom House in Nantucket
Modern beach house that was completely gutted two years ago and now has all the things to make it ideal for beach time family fun. Key additions include a pool, hot tub and outdoor showers attached to three of the four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a full indoor bath and shower. So to clarify, we have 5 showers and 4 toilets. two of the bathrooms are traditional with indoor showers and three of the bedrooms have attached outdoor showers. The back yard is very private with a large gas fire table and gas BBQ with a bar. The internet works outside on the patio, where we spent many a work day this past summer. The home has two wings separated by barn doors which makes it feel private. Both wings have two bedrooms with two bathrooms. One wing has lofts in each of the bedrooms. We think it is best for one family with kids and their friends, or two couples.
