Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.
Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.
