This is a newly renovated unit. It's very cozy & has everything needed to be your home away from home! There are extra sleeping options for kids or adults if needed! There is a full living room to hang out & relax. There's a full kitchen for cooking up your wildest dreams! The kitchen also has a coffee maker for those dedicated coffee drinkers! We can't forget the toaster or microwave for food on the go! Not to mention a huge walk-in pantry!

Need storage space for your clothes or belongings? We've got that covered with shelving & a walk in closet! We're currently working on finishing the basement for extra sleeping and lounging space as well! The newly renovated bathroom has a modern toilet & a beautiful walk-in shower that has storage space as well for all your necessities.

There's a relaxing porch out front for those of you that like to people-watch and enjoy the weather. The best part is that we're just minutes from downtown Indianapolis!
