Our secluded mini A-Frame is situated on 3 acres of Montana forest... + 500 feet of private creek! Fire pits, outdoor shower and seclusion below the trees.
Only 8 miles (10 min) North of
- Grocery/ coffee/ live music/ bars/ great pizza/ etc.
< 20 min from the main Glacier Park entrance (shortcut is close).
* PROPERTY ACCESS * 50+ wooden stairs DOWN to get to property as well as a steeper grade 200+ foot long path... so pack light (bags / anything is MUCH heavier on the way back up!).
We are on 3 acres of private forest/ land and a creek (500+ feet)... You’ll have the mini A-frame, wooden deck, outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, paths, creek, swimming hole, etc....
Parking is located just past the upper stairs on Bailey Road, just go about 150 feet past the stairs... you’ll see there is a parking area in your LEFT (hill side). Please pull as close to hill as you can, be sure to keep your car well off the road (there are a dozen or so people who love down the road).
The parking is off the road above the property, about 150 feet past the stairs/ entrance on your left.
Drinking water provided, as well as pots/ pans/ cooking supplies and dishes/ silverware. Propane stove top and BBQ grill. Outdoor kitchen/ sink.
Access - There are multiple flights of wooden stairs (50+ stairs) leading down the top of the hill to a 200+ foot winding path that leads down to the base of the property and A-Frame. The stairs are brand new and 4 feet wide, very nice, with full railings, etc - see photos.
We advise you to pack light... everything (especially luggage) is MUCH heavier on the way back up!!
Also, we provide a few gallons of fresh water... if your need more just let us know, also just North of mile marker 6 on The North Fork Road, there is public water filling station (super fresh glacier water, right out of the mountainside!!)
The toilet and outdoor shower are on a septic system (so you’ll have a new/ normal, modern flush toilet to use!!) . They are also fed by our cistern, not unlimited water... so please just take reasonable length showers and such!
