The newly added pool size of 14 by 30 with 3.5 to 6-foot depth, and hot tub are a nice addition to an already beautiful home. The personal touches by the owners get even better inside, with a great ground-floor recreation room complete with a pool table.
On the Ground Level of this spacious home, you'll find plenty of parking as well as a Covered Outdoor Picnic Table that is wonderful for shady afternoon lunches of fresh, local North Carolina seafood. Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower after a day of fun at the beach, which is just 50 feet away at the E. Hayman Blvd. Public Beach Access, before making your way out back to the luxurious Private Pool* and warm, bubbly Hot Tub that are perfect for lulling yourself into a state of ultimate Outer Banks beach relaxation.
