Summary: Almost everything. Elevators didn’t work, so we had to use the service elevator. No coffee in the room, although coffee was available in the lobby. Unfortunately there was no decaf coffee available. The bathroom sink had hot water, but the shower had lukewarm at best. There was no phone in the room and the door lock was digital and it didn’t always close completely. Needless to saw we didn’t feel safe. Check in time of 4:00 was unusual. We were surprised when we were asked if we wanted to pay for early check in at 3:10. Staff was very nice.
