The Space:
Bedroom / Living Space: King sized bed with high-end linens, noise machine, Smart TV, electric fireplace, lounge seating, abundance of natural light and top of the line heating and air conditioning
Bathroom: Large walk-in shower, oversized single vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, hair dryer, iron/board).
Kitchenette: Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary grounds from local Caliche Coffee, dishware essentials and bistro seating.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their own individual yurt and all public spaces/seating areas. There is also a gas grill available to use on first come, first serve basis on the large covered porch area for property guests.
Haven is a private property with guest access only available via gate code. Located right off of Highway 290 for easy access to town and is tucked away on the property for full privacy and quiet during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the heart of the wine country and just 10 minutes from Fredericksburg Main Street. There are several great neighboring wineries within 5 minutes of the property to explore!
Other Things to Note:
This property is located in the countryside that lots of critters call home. The property and yurts are treated routinely for pest control, but please keep doors closed when not in use to avoid any bugs potentially getting inside of your yurt.
