Please note that our building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior painting project beginning May 2025, lasting approximately 8–12 months. This is part of routine maintenance done every 10 years to keep the property in top condition.
What to Expect:
~ Work will be done one stack of units at a time.
~ During painting, balconies will be temporarily closed for approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on weather and progress.
Balcony Access:
~ Because the schedule changes weekly based on weather and contractor pace, we cannot guarantee balcony access for any specific unit during your stay.

THE UNIT:

Offering spectacular views of the ocean and river. Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath which includes 12x14 media room/bonus room that is used a 4th bedroom.
Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding.
You walk right into the dining area where there is a sleek black dining room table 4 chairs and a bench seat that seats 6, as well as 6 additional bar chairs at the high top. To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, with large cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous sectional couch big enough to fit the whole family, and a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance.
Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a garden tub.
2nd guest bedroom also has king size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance.
3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance.
4th guest bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin Bunk beds.
Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is also a nice grill for your enjoyment.
***AMENITIES***
Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that OV has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.

Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy ocean waves.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.

Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)
1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. This covers you for any incidental damage done to the unit during your stay. Unfortunately VRBO's coverage limits haves guest paying $129 for $5,000 in coverage and it is just not enough when it comes to multi-million dollar properties. We do not want VRBO or ourselves to have to pursue a guest because of a crazy accident that exceeds their coverage limit and so we sought out that additional coverage to ensure you and us are safely covered.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
PARKING:
We get two reserved parking spots in the upper garage that has a 7ft clearance. No additional parking spots. No outdoor parking. No trailers.
CHECKOUT LIST:
1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed)
2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving
3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed
4. Take the trash out
5. Set AC back to 78
6. Make sure sliding doors are closed
7. All keys/fobs left on the table
8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay
9. Let Lucas know once you have departed
