Comfortable open floor plan - living room with 50" flat screen television, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and breakfast bar, also dining room and powder room on main level. Off of the dining room enjoy relaxing on the deck that is backed to an all natural area.
Master suite 1 with new cool gel memory king mattress, chaise lounge chair, en suite bathroom with his/her sinks and garden tub, 50" flat screen TV and large walk in closet on 3rd floor.
Master suite 2 with new cool gel memory queen mattress, also a twin bed and en suite bath, flat screen television and large walk in closet on 3rd floor.
Bedroom 3 on first floor has a new cool gel memory queen mattress and a desk/office space on first floor with half bath.
Two twin roll away beds are also available.
Washer and dryer are accessible for your use on the 3rd floor.

Enjoy great local restaurants in our "Glenwood South" district, Lynnwood Grill, Angus Barn and Waraji (best sushi in Raleigh) are minutes away, North Hills, Brier Creek and other shopping also minutes away. Additionally, you can be at the beach or mountains in approximately 2 hours. The home is perfect for business, travelers/retreats, and small gatherings up to 8 people. Please make yourselves comfortable and enjoy your stay; I do ask that you respect and care for my home. It is clean and newly furnished and I would like to keep it in great condition.
