Located at the end of a quiet country lane, the property borders the Audubon Society’s Long Pasture sanctuary which features nature trails, wildlife, and guided kayak trips to Sandy Neck & through the Barnstable marshes. (Summer rentals of one week or more include a one-year family membership in the Audubon Society) The house is about 1.7 miles from Barnstable Village which offers restaurants, gourmet coffee, and the whale watch boat which departs from the town pier. Some of the Cape's best beaches, restaurants, golf courses, bike trails & antiquing are w/in a short drive.
