This is a 31 night / 30 day minimum stay apartment. Travel nurses and corporate travelers are welcome. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The house is simply beautiful, clean, comfortable for family and friends. There is everything to feel at home. The home is also set up to be work from home friendly. Fast internet. Roku with Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building.
The space
Our 3 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a triplex. There is one car parking space assigned to the apartment on premise parking lot. There is also free street parking in front of the building and all around the area . The place is perfect for families, friends and business travelers.
Each bedroom has a desk and chair setup for those who like working from home. Each room also has a queen bed to accommodate 2 people.
The dining table in the kitchen is also available for group dining or group work.
Full size kitchen includes oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster and tea kettle. Stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee cups/glasses and wine glasses, etc...

The apartment will be professionally cleaned twice a month during your stay. Beds will be made with fresh linens. Enjoy the comfort of a clean and clutter-free home.

Guests have access to entire second floor apartment, front and back porch, FREE Washer/Dryer in the basement, WiFi.

There is public transit (Bus) about 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

--This is a QUIET HOUSE. No loud conversation after 10:00 PM in the back deck or yard. Sound travels easily from neighbor to neighbor through open windows or on decks.
Per CITY ORDINANCE, outside noise from decks or emanating from the dwelling must be minimized by 10:00 pm.
