A little over 400' above sea level, The Farmhouse gets much more sun than the town of Mendocino, which is 3 miles down the road. It can be up to 10 degrees warmer on a typical day. The Farmhouse has an incredible 1/2 acre yard that is completely and securely fenced. It is safe for dogs of all sizes and kids. Feel safe knowing the kids and dogs can run around endlessly outside, through the orchard and play on the hammock. Gas Weber grill for BBQ's.
