There are 2 parking spaces designated in the driveway for this property plus a garage spot.
The weekly pool heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.
In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
Livingood is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 30 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
