2 Bedroom House in Bonita Shores, Bonita Springs
Waterfront canal with pool duplex, totally remodeled. This booking is for the back unit closest to the canal, private with it's own entrance and lanai. Two bedrooms, one bath, private use of washer and dryer. Master has King bed with 50 inch TV, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Very comfortable pull out sofa in living room sleeps 6 very comfortably. 65 inch TV in living room. One mile from the famous white sandy Barefoot Beach. Close to everything, beaches, shopping, fabulous restaurants, even a mini golf course only a few blocks away. Use of 6 Kayaks. Don't forget your fishing pole to fish off the boat dock.
Orange Duplex, you will be in the back unit, closest to the canal. Pool is shared with front unit. The front unit is also a short term rental. We also rent out the boat slips, if interested please contact us for additional costs. This Duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not a resort.

2) Noise:
Please keep noise levels to an appropriate level and in a manner that is considerate of your neighbors. The City Code regulates noise and disturbances and includes “quiet hours” between 10pm and 7am. If a neighbor calls our 24 contact person or the police, a fine will be deducted out of your deposit. Neighbors are locals and live here year round.
3) Trash:
During your stay, please keep the rental property free of visible trash. Trash must not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. The trash collection day for this property is: Thursday, that means put out Wednesday evening
4) Living Room TV: The TV is a smart TV
5) Grill: Gill is propane. It has a 5 gal tank, Turn valve on to use. Turn off valve when finished. Clean grill for next guest. If tank runs out, you can exchange at the 7-11 on the corner.
6) Vacuum in Master bedroom and broom is in the laundry room.
7) Extra pillows are in small bedroom closet
8) Hide-a-bed sheets are in closet between bedrooms (If pull out bed is used in living room, please remove sheets and leave on couch when checking out)
9) Laundry room is located off of living room (outside in the lanai closest to the front unit)
