Relax by the *heated* pebble tech fenced pool or sit under the shaded patio for some quiet time outdoors. Large beautiful park at the end of the street and 2 heated community pools, spa, kids splash pools, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Easy access to freeway and nearby shopping.
The home sits in a well maintained neighborhood. Inside you’ll find all you need. Comfortable furnishings and simple touches. Each room has a different sleeping arrangement set up for your convenience in options. The backyard boasts a gated pool for the family to relax.
Neighborhood has a 2 resort style heated swimming pools, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. There is access to garage parking as well as driveway parking. There is no overnight street parking.
There are 5 total beds and an additional mattress for another guest in the master closet.
There is an option to heat the pool in the backyard at a rate of $70/day. Please specify with your booking if you’d like to have the pool heated during your stay so we can accommodate accordingly. It can take a few days for the pool to reach the proper temperature for heating so please give 5days advanced notice to ensure enough time to heat.
