The Riverhouse is a luxury vacation getaway along the Cumberland River tucked just north of downtown Nashville.
A huge, 2500-sq. ft 4-story home, perfect for families & groups. Sleeps 13 comfortably in 6 beds & a crib; an air mattress and couches add another 4 spots to sleep, 17 total.
The home has a colorful wall mural, 2 decks over looking the river & city skyline, great for sunrises & sunsets. All modern amenities. Minutes to 65, and short drives to downtown, East- and West-Nashville.
The space
This home is perfect to come and getaway, staycation, or change up the scenery. There's plenty of space inside, a nice backyard, and some great views to be had.

Guest access
The whole house is yours with the exception of the 1st floor closet off the foyer that is an owners' closet containing supplies for the house.
The house includes shared access to the whole backyard with owner, who lives next door.
Please make sure that you are observing No Smoking policy, which extends everywhere except the driveway and backyard. There is a $250 fee added to cleaning fee for the first occurrence and we will ask that the cleaning happen during your stay.
Driveway access only available on the "right" side of the driveway in front of unit.
Other things to note
Nashville is a wonderful place to come and getaway. There's still plenty to do, and beautiful weather through the fall.
