Welcome to our home! We have enjoyed our home since purchasing about 5 yrs ago. We have loved making memories with our family and friends and hope you will be able to do the same.
We have a lakefront cottage with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house has sleeping space for up to 6 adults plus children. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a king. The house also has built-in bunks. There is an open concept living area upstairs with great views of the lake and mountains. It has a large tv for watching the big game or that late night movie. Downstairs is a second living area for the kids or additional guests. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas with seating for everyone with meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. A great screened porch allows for early morning coffee as you watch the fish jump and the fog clear from the lake.
Our home offers over 200 ft of waterfront with a covered boat/swim dock. You can spend the day on the water in view of Georgia’s own Brasstown Bald. We are within close proximity to 2 of the marinas on Lake Nottely making it easy to rent a boat or jet skis for the day or longer. Our dock is available to tie your boat to. Our boat is not available for rent. We do offer a canoe and two-man kayak to enjoy the lake at a slower pace. Be sure to bring your fishing gear. Lake Nottely offers great sport fishing.
We are located within minutes of downtown Blairsville making it convenient for that quick trip to the grocery or dinner out at one of the many restaurants available. The downtown area also offers several quaint shops. We’re only a 20 minute drive to either Hiawassee or Blue Ridge, both of which offer even more shopping and dining options.
We have parking space for 3+ cars making a great for groups.
