Our price includes WIFI, sheets for all bedrooms, bath towels and a wonderful lake view and use of the golf cart. Use of the golf cart is considered a courtesy. We will not replace or pay for a rental cart if our golf cart malfunctions. We will do our very best to get it repaired and returned quickly, but there will be NO REPLACEMENT. The use of the golf cart is limited to only licensed drivers to use only on OSV property.
NOTE: We only accept weekly rentals. NO MONTHLY RENTALS!
Is your family looking for a relaxing place to have a wonderful vacation? Our beautiful cottage is located in Oceanside Village which is a private gated community with 24 hour security, lakes, pools, and a park.
We have a deck and patio which overlooks the lake. There is a relaxing backyard where you can enjoy a quiet afternoon or wet your hook and fish.
Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and futon. The additional bath has a full bathtub. There is also a large living and dining area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All appliances, dishes, and cookware are new. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have wireless internet.
There is a carport with parking for 2 cars. We only rent to FAMILIES who are 25 years of age or older and there is an ABSOLUTE LIMIT of 7 people and 2 CARS. If you have a third car, there is overflow parking at the recreation center. Please do not park in the neighbors driveway or on the grass.
You will need to bring your beach chairs and beach towels. We only provide linens and bath towels. The house is non-smoking but we allow smoking in outside areas. No pets. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.
