The house features 26 foot ceiling with a glass wall overlooking the lake. Luxurious master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors. Two dens, three large decks overlooking the lake, fully equipped gym, billiards table, ping pong, Sonos system on main level and terrace level. Three Roku Smart TVs and two wood burning fireplaces. Wired for high-speed internet connection. Private dock with party deck, just bring your boat (or rent it nearby) and tie to private dock. Swim in the cove's calm water or relax on the party deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fish for bass, crappie and catfish from the dock. There is convenient access to public boat ramp, Nix Bridge, and gas marina, Athens Boat Club, to refuel your boat.
Only five miles from the North Georgia Premium outlet mall, groceries (delivery available to the front door via Instacart!), 15 minutes from the charming historic town of Dahlonega and the beautiful North Georgia mountains.
