Clearwater Escape Lake House is a gorgeous home located in a gated community with a heated private pool, and lake views. This lake beauty has farmhouse decor and is beautifully decorated, to provide a place for the perfect escape to the lake.
Only steps away from Lake LBJ, you will have access to a boat ramp and designated boat slip in the adjacent marina. We also have a pontoon boat available. (Message me for details) The amenity center just across the street also provides entertainment options including a community pool, sand volleyball, basketball court, pickle ball, foosball, and ping pong.
Downstairs Accommodations:
Primary bedroom has a king sized bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate bathroom directly across with a soak tub and shower.
Upstairs Accommodations:
The Loft has two built-in bunk beds and plenty of space to play. The Bedroom/Office situated off the loft has a full size bed, desk, chair, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse with a USB C docking station. If you are needing to squeeze in a little work, you're all set! There is also a separate full bath with tub. Second primary has queen size bed, and it's own full bath with walk-in shower.
Flat screen TVs with internet connectivity are in the living room, master bedroom and all bedrooms; all are smart devices. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and vinyl wood floors downstairs. Carpet in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs. Utility closet with high-efficient washer and dryer are included.
The large back patio is great for entertaining with a private pool, bar table and stools. A KitchenAid propane grill is also included for grilling.
Bring your boat or jet ski. There are locations available to rent one, as well. Use the designated covered boat slip at the private marina at no extra charge which is equipped with a universal electric lift that fits up to a 24 foot ski boat or pontoon/tritoon.
