As it sits on 2 lots it has ample parking. Bring your bicycle, kayak, stand-up paddle, fishing rods, to enjoy this bay and lake. Somewhat isolated and certainly most peacefully. The house has a new porch, AC, water well pump, metal roof, and large collection of books, and the fastest speed internet - available there.
Melrose has been well-known for its artists and art and live shows on the first Friday of the month. Public market every Sat. Great restos: 1. Blue Water Bay, great seafood and high-end buffet; 2 Betty's, delicious Italian with only raw ingredients, and pizza made from scratch with fresh ingredients; 3. Sports bar, very good pub food; 4. Fryers, the best-fried chicken you ever had!
Finally, if you feel for a walk, then go back on the short dirt road after passing by my two colorful neighbors and the small bridge (that the county has planned to change) and make a right on the quiet road as it makes a loop and the return portion is partly under a canopy of large trees. Enjoy!
