The walk from the house to the lake is a gradual slope (not steep at all) with a stepless concrete path all the way to the water. Bring your boat - there is one covered boat slip dock on deep water along with a deck for entertaining/swimming/sunbathing. Also, there are many local boat rental businesses nearby. Kayak and life jackets are provided. The boat ramp is 1 block away. The home has an open family room/eating area/kitchen (stocked) floor plan great for gatherings. The bedrooms are all on the opposite side of the home so some could be resting while others are entertaining. Master Suite includes View to the Lake, Separate Shower, Jetted Tub, Double Vanities and Walk in Closets. Additional Bedroom on Main has View of Lake with Private Entrance to Back Deck. Upstairs includes Additional King/Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom with View of Lake, and Full Tub/Shower combo Bathroom. Basement is Large Recreation/Game Room with lots of seating, cable TV, Ping Pong Table, Shuffle board, Half Bathroom and Private Entrance to Back Patio/Lake.
