As you step into the open-concept living area, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the shimmering lake. The interior has a cozy and contemporary ambiance.
Two fully equipped kitchens have brand-new stainless steel appliances and a gas stove on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, baking, and cookware, and all the tools you need to make a great meal at home. The dining table seats 12 or step outside onto the expansive deck for an al fresco dining experience. On the patio is a large Weber grill and outdoor furniture for everyone to enjoy wine, dinner & incredible sunsets.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have lake views. On the main level is the primary bedroom and bath with access to the deck, second bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, updated kitchen and main living room with a coffee bar, gas fireplace, and large HDTV. Access the deck and lake through the sliding glass doors.
The main dining table seats 12 or Dine outside at the picnic table with seating for 12 (additional chairs and bench seating all around).
The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed, plus a queen bed in one, and another full bath with a walk-in shower. The family room is equipped with a large TV, dining table, board games, and fireplace, and has access to the porch and lake.
The top-level bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a quiet working area.
When it's time to explore, venture down to the private dock where you can soak up the sun, go for a swim, or try your hand at fishing. Kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear are available for your use. Also, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and Cornhole games are available.
